Nik Rusakov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nik is the founder and head of marketing at GrowthFox Marketing, where they develop and implements data-driven growth strategies for clients. Nik is also the co-founder and head of vision and growth at StayFlix, where they focus on utilizing FPV drone videography to transform the vacation rental market. Previously, they worked at June as the director of lifecycle marketing and content, overseeing listings and leading a content team. Nik also served as the head of CRM and retention marketing, developing strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience. Before that, Nik was a marketing specialist and activation specialist at Booking.com, where they optimized web content and implemented successful email marketing campaigns. Nik started their career at Zeo Alliance, working as a product owner and senior marketing and PR specialist. Additionally, Nik co-founded XSpot, a summer festival for extreme sports, where they were responsible for PR, marketing, sales, logistics, and event hosting. Nik also has experience as a marketing and PR specialist at Optidea LLC and as a customer support team lead at Devellar.

Nik Rusakov obtained an Associate degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Wisconsin International University in Ukraine from 2002 to 2004. Nik then went on to complete their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business/Managerial Economics from Kyiv National Linguistics University from 2004 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained certifications in Emergency Response Team Leadership, Emergency Response Officer (in firefighting and evacuation, as well as urgent and non-urgent First Aid), and completed a Growth Marketing Course. Nik also took a course in Public Relations and Applied Communication from Kyiv Mohyla Business School in 2012.
