Abigail Church

Abigail Church is currently an HR Business Partner at GrowthLab Financial Services. Prior to that, they were an Operations Coordinator at Satterley Accounting Services from December 2020 to April 2022. There, they were responsible for project management of client engagements, oversight of daily operations, capacity planning, assistance with recruiting and hiring new staff, documentation of firm SOPs, assistance with client proposals, client onboarding, and assisting the CEO with administrative tasks and scheduling.

Before Satterley Accounting Services, Abigail Church was an Organizational Development Leader at Trophy Awards from February 2013 to October 2020. In that role, they were responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s current policies, best practices, workflows, and training practices; collaborating with the various company departments to modify and improve policies, best practices, workflows, and training practices; obtaining, organizing, or developing best practices, policies, workflows, and training documentation; assessing training needs by administering surveys, conducting interviews with employees, focus groups, and consultation with other Strategy Leads; identifying specific training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills; and establishing and maintaining all Operations budgets.
