We help go-to-market leaders and their teams build human + AI orgs that drive growth, not just speed. I work with high-growth companies across stages, from startups to global enterprises, plus PE/VC portfolios accelerating AI adoption across their investments. All committed to being people-first and AI-forward.

Our work is grounded in how buyers now research, evaluate, and decide with AI, and what's possible when humans and AI work together.

What this looks like:

► Applied AI strategic workshops that go beyond tactics, covering how buyers are changing, practical GTM use cases with live AI demos, key mindset shifts, and a clear vision for human + AI organizations.

► Hands-on workshops where teams build their first AI teammates and connected workflows.

► Strategic advisory for ideation, implementation guidance, and executive-level strategic direction.

► Human + AI org evolution. One team (25 humans and 100 AI teammates) achieved 35% better campaign performance, 98% lead qualification accuracy, and 75% faster content creation. Another built 211 AI teammates, refined to 57 in daily workflows, and scaled from 75 trailblazers to company-wide adoption.
