Sean Meyer

Sean Meyer has a diverse work experience in facilities management and mechanical fitting. Sean started their career as a Mechanical Fitter and Turner at Magnet Service Binder from 2000 to 2002. Sean then worked as a Mechanical Fitter at the South African Reserve Bank from 2002 to 2006. After that, they joined Powertech IST as a Facilities Manager from 2006 to 2008. Sean then took on the role of Operations Manager at Abreal (PTY) LTD from 2008 to 2009. From 2010 onwards, Sean worked at Growthpoint Properties and Growthpoint Properties Ltd, where they held various roles including Facilities Manager and National Facilities Manager. Sean'smost recent role is the National Facilities Manager, which they started in March 2019.

Sean Meyer completed a Facilities Management Programme in Facilities Planning and Management at the University of the Free State from 2014 to 2017. In 2014, they also attended Action Training Academy for Occupational Health and Safety Officer training. Additionally, in 2013 they participated in the Introduction to Commercial Property Programme at SAPOA. In 2008, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Project Management at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria. In 2004, they studied N4 Technical Studies at Centurion Technical College. Finally, in 1999, they obtained a Mechanical Artisan degree in Mechanical Fitter and Turner from Olifantsfontein.
