Umair Siddique is the Founder and CEO of GrowthRise Solutions since February 2019, where innovative solutions drive business growth. Prior to this role, Umair served as a Success Coach and Team Leader at empowr.com from March 2014 to October 2018, leading a global team of 100 success coaches focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, Umair gained valuable experience as a Research Intern at the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) from July 2016 to August 2017, contributing to multiple laboratories including Tribology, Metallography, and Non-Destructive Testing. Umair holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science from the Institute of Space Technology, completed in 2017.
