Rashika Bhagat

Rashika Bhagat currently serves as Growth Lead in the Founder's Office at GrowthSchool, a position held since March 2023, following a tenure as Growth Manager within the same office. Prior to this, Rashika was part of the Founding Team at Early Steps Academy as an Associate from October 2021 to February 2023. Rashika holds a BSc in Finance, Accounting, and Finance from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, graduated in 2021, and completed a Summer School program in Business and Entrepreneurship at the University of Oxford in 2019. Early education includes ISC certification from G. D. Birla Centre for Education, completed in 2018, and ICSE certification from the same institution, completed in 2016.
