Gene McNaughton

Gene McNaughton is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in driving organizational growth and sales performance. As the President of GrowthSmart Consulting, Inc. since April 2014 and Elite Concepts Business Growth Consulting since January 2007, McNaughton specializes in enhancing operational efficiency and revenue growth for executive leadership teams. Previously, McNaughton served as the President of Chet Holmes International, where impactful business strategies were implemented, resulting in significant sales increases for clients. Additional leadership roles include positions as Vice President of Sales at OneCoach and Global Vice President of Sales at Robbins Research International. McNaughton's early career at Gateway included directing both Public Sector Sales and overall Sales and Customer Service, culminating in record-breaking performance and significant revenue growth. McNaughton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Mass Communications from Morningside University.
