Amy Kan

Amy Kan, MBA, ACC, is the Founder and Lead Coach of The Workplace Initiative, where a focus on emotional intelligence informs leadership development for executives and teams. Current roles include Executive Coach and Core Guide at Chief, and Leadership Catalyst, Coach, and Facilitator at andQFIVE, both aimed at enhancing leadership capacity and personal transformation. Previously, Amy served as Leadership Coach for AWE's Accelerator program, Owner of AFK Brand Communications, and Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Vubiquity. Early career experience includes management roles at British Airways and consultancy at Rockwell Collins. Amy holds an MBA from London Business School, a BA in Communications from the University of Michigan, and is a certified professional coach from iPEC Coaching.
