Anna Kania, PCC ICF

Anna Kania, PCC ICF, has a diverse range of work experience. Anna currently serves as a Certified Coach and Business Coach for CoachHub, a leading digital coaching platform in Europe. In this role, Anna helps democratize coaching and provides personalized coaching programs for employees at all levels.

Prior to their current role, Anna worked as a Coach, Trainer, and Development Partner for Głębszy Wymiar Rozwoju (Deeper Dimension of Growth) starting in October 2019. Anna later became a Business and Career Coach for GrowthSpace in May 2021.

Anna also has experience as a Team Coach for TeamTime - Coaching & Training, where they were involved in facilitating open discussions, constructive analysis, and bold decision-making for teams. Anna'stenure at TeamTime lasted from January 2021 to February 2023.

Before transitioning to coaching, Anna worked at Atos, initially as a Recruitment Specialist from January 2013 to July 2017, and later as a Training Specialist, Coach, and Trainer from August 2017 to October 2021.

Additionally, Anna served as the Vice-director of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Branch of The Chamber of Coaching at Izba Coachingu from December 2016 to December 2019.

Earlier in their career, Anna gained experience as a Training Specialist at Eaton Automotive Components from October 2012 to January 2013. Anna also worked as a Junior Recruitment Specialist for Perfect Consulting Hanna Kąkol from September 2010 to September 2012.

Anna Kania, PCC ICF, has a comprehensive education history that spans several years and covers various fields of study. In 2007, they enrolled in Akademia Bydgoska im. Kazimierza Wielkiego, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Humanities with a major in Journalism and Social Communications. Anna successfully completed their degree in 2010.

Afterwards, Anna pursued additional education and certifications. In 2016, they attended the Petrichor Coaching Academy, which is part of the Konsorcjum Akademia JA, for a specialized program in coaching. In the same year, they also enrolled in the Ośrodek Doradztwa i Treningu Kierowniczego (ODiTK) for the School of Trainers program called "ODiTK forge of trainers of the future." Additionally, in 2011 and 2012, Anna participated in a postgraduate course on Human Resources Management at the School of Banking, Faculty of Economics and Management in Gdynia. Anna furthered their studies in Human Resource Management with Managerial Postgraduate Studies at the University of Warsaw, which they completed from 2010 to 2011.

In terms of certifications, Anna has obtained several noteworthy achievements. In 2020, they became a Team Coach after completing a program at the Coaching and Training House Katowice. Anna also achieved accreditation as an Accredited Coach of The Chamber of Coaching from the Izba Coachingu, The Chamber of Coaching in Poland, in September 2020. Anna further enhanced their coaching expertise by obtaining the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in August 2021.

Anna's dedication to professional excellence continued, and in October 2022, they earned the highly respected Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Anna also became a member of the ICF and obtained the ICF Member Badge in March 2023.
