Christiana Mitcheva

Christiana Mitcheva has extensive work experience in executive and business coaching, organizational development, and leadership assessment. Christiana currently works as an Executive and Business Coach at Growthspace since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Consultant, Organizational Psychologist, Supervisor, Coach, and Trainer at Lighthouse Organizational Development from April 2017 onwards. Christiana also worked as a Certified Global Leadership Assessment Coach and Certified Global Leadership Coach at Global Coach Group from September 2017 and February 2018, respectively. Christiana'sexperience also includes being a Certified Professional Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching from September 2017. Christiana has also worked as an Executive and Business Coach, OD consultant at CoachHub - The digital coaching platform from July 2018 onwards. Additionally, they have held positions such as Senior Consultant at CROSS CULTURAL CONSULTANTS NETWORK starting January 2020 and Founder at Allegra Consulting e.U. starting March 2015. Christiana has also worked as an Executive and Business Coach, Team Development from November 2011 and as a Change Manager at Wiener Stadtwerke GmbH from April 2022 to June 2023. Christiana is also a member of the Academy of Management since January 2013.

Christiana Mitcheva has a diverse education history. In 1994, they completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Economics at the University of Economics - Varna. Christiana then attended the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2007, where they studied Financial Management. Christiana pursued further education at the Universität für Weiterbildung Krems from 2011 to 2015, earning a Master of Arts (MA) in Wirtschaftspsychologie und Organisationsberatung (Business Psychology and Organizational Behavior).

In 2013 and 2014, they enrolled in the ASO & WiLAK – Akademie für systemisches Coaching, Wiener Lebensberater Akademie, where they obtained a Diploma as a Systemic Coach and studied Organizational Behavior Studies. Christiana expanded their coaching and supervisory skills at ASO & WiLAK–Akademie für systemisches Coaching, Wiener Lebensberater Akademie from 2015 to 2018, achieving a Diploma in "Supervision - Coaching - Organizational Development" and becoming a Systemic Supervisor for teams and groups according to the Austrian Supervision Council (ÖVS).

In 2017, Christiana engaged in a Digital Strategies program at Columbia Business School. As part of their continuous professional development, they obtained several certifications. These include becoming an Associate Member at the Association for Coaching in 2018, achieving the Certified Global Leadership Assessment Coach designation from Global Coach Group in 2018, and obtaining the Design Sprint Certification / Train the Trainer Session from Lighthouse Organizational Development in 2018.

Furthermore, Christiana gained certification as a Certified Global Leadership Coach from Global Coach Group in 2017 and as a Persoscreen Expert from PERSOscreen in 2015. Christiana completed the "Digital Strategies for Business: Leading the next generation enterprise" program in Executive Education at Columbia Business School in 2017.

To enhance their understanding of new work methods and organizational behavior, Christiana completed the "New Work - agile, lateral leadership, new way of organizational behavior" program at Donau-Universität Krems in 2020.

In 2022, Christiana earned the ICAgile Certified Professional - Coaching Agile Transformations and ICAgile Certified Professional - Enterprise Agile Coaching certifications from ICAgile.
