Joanne Newborn, MBA, ACC

Joanne Newborn has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In 2015, they worked as the Region Marketing Director for William Grant & Sons until 2018. Joanne then joined Diageo as the Director of Retail Merchandising & Strategic Sourcing, where they led the creation of a new team and department focused on data analytics and cross-functional collaboration. In 2020, Joanne transitioned into executive coaching and consulting, working as an Executive Coach at Fortune Practice Management and later starting their own company, Newborn Evolution LLC. Since 2021, they have held multiple roles simultaneously, including CEO & Founder of Newborn Dental Evolution, Executive Coach & Course Developer at Ei, Executive Leadership Coach, Course Developer & Facilitator at GrowthSpace, and Faculty Member, Corporate Trainer, Course Developer & SME at American Management Association. In 2022, they also joined Simitri Group International as a Senior Consultant. Most recently, in 2023, Joanne became a Faculty Member, Coaching, Training, and Consulting at LeadWise Group. Through their extensive experience and expertise in leadership, coaching, and business development, Joanne has helped numerous individuals and organizations achieve their goals and drive success.

Joanne Newborn holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration from Penn State University. Joanne'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Literature/Communications with a minor in Business from Pace University. In 2017 and 2018, they obtained a certification as a Certified Jungian Life Coach from CreativeMind. Additionally, Joanne has acquired various certifications, including Everything DiSC® Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning in June 2023, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Certified from Ei in August 2021, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in October 2021.
