Megan Avila

Megan Avila has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Megan currently works at Growthspace as a Strategic Partnerships team member, where they help employees and teams achieve their professional goals and business KPIs through data-driven, personalized learning and development solutions. Prior to this, Megan served as a Board Member at 8teenth Hip Hop Crew, a non-profit organization. Megan also has experience as a Freelance Web Developer, creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites and designing collateral materials for print and digital use. In addition, Megan has held roles at Privy, starting as a Sales Development Representative and then transitioning to an Inside Sales Representative. Before that, they worked as a BDR at Sertifi, Inc. and as an Executive Assistant and Captain at What If...Syndicate.

Megan Avila earned their Associate of Science - AS degree in Applied Science from South Suburban College, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they have obtained two certifications. In February 2018, Megan completed a certification in Fashion Image Making from The Business of Fashion. More recently, in August 2021, they received BDR/SDR Certification from Sales Assembly.
