Ran Hudnik

Ran Hudnik has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades.

Ran is currently working at GrowthSpace as a Senior Account Executive, a role they started in January 2023.

Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Account and Business Development Manager at TopSolutions from July 2015 to January 2023.

In 2014, Ran worked as a Freelancer, where they played the role of an Organizational & Knowledge Management Consultant. During this time, they were involved in various projects, including the implementation of organizational vision and global code of ethics.

Ran also served as a Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University from April 2013 to December 2015. In this role, they assisted in creating course materials, evaluating tests, and maintaining the course website for the Organizational Development program.

Prior to that, Ran worked at Readiness Solutions as a Change Management & Knowledge Management Consultant from March 2014 to July 2015.

Ran also gained experience as a Change Consultant in the knowledge management team at Ness Technologies from April 2011 to August 2013.

In 2011, Ran worked as a Researcher at the Gauss Institute.

Before that, they held various roles at eTeacher, including Training Team Manager and Organizational Development from 2010 to 2011, and Customer Retention Supervisor and Training Developer from 2008 to 2010. In these positions, they created content, delivered training, and implemented various models and processes to improve customer service and retention.

Ran began their career as a Financial Services Representative at Orange, where they worked from 2001 to 2003.

Ran Hudnik pursued their education starting in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo. Ran completed this program in 2009. Following their bachelor's degree, Ran went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in organizational consulting from Tel Aviv University, which they completed in 2012.
