Rebecca Portmann, CPCC, ACC has a diverse range of experience in the field of HR consulting and coaching. Rebecca is currently working as an HR Consultant at Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and as a Mental Fitness Coach at Cognomie Coaching. Prior to these roles, they served as a Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach, HR Expert, and Trainer at Leato and as a Business Performance & Leadership Coach at GrowthSpace. Rebecca also has experience as a Mental Fitness Coach at Positive Intelligence, where they helped clients build their mental and emotional muscles. Before transitioning into coaching, Rebecca worked in HR consulting for change and growth, assisting companies going through rapid transformations such as start-ups, scale-ups, and M&A integrations. Additionally, Rebecca specialized in supporting career-minded mothers as a Mental Fitness Coach, helping them handle the conflicting demands of work and family life. Earlier in their career, Rebecca held leadership positions such as Director, Head of Global HR at South Pole and Associate Director, Human Resources - Switzerland at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Rebecca also worked at Nyrstar as a Regional HR Business Partner for North, Central, and South America, as well as a Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager at the corporate headquarters. With their extensive background in HR consulting and coaching, Rebecca brings a wealth of expertise and experience to their clients.

Rebecca Portmann, CPCC, ACC, has a diverse education history that spans several fields of study. Rebecca obtained their Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from The Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) in September 2022. Prior to that, in 2018, they completed the Co-Active Coach Training Program at CTI. In 2011, Rebecca earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EADA Business School. Rebecca also holds a Master's degree (DESS) in Clinical Child Psychology, which they completed at Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès in 2003. Rebecca's educational background also includes a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Geneva, which they obtained in 2002. Rebecca participated in an Erasmus Exchange program at Universidad de Granada in 2000 and completed a Demi-licence en psychologie at the University of Lausanne in the same year. Additionally, they received their initial education as a Primary School Teacher from Ecole Normale du Valais Romand in 1997.
