Yair Peled יאיר פלד is the Owner and CEO of Peled Strategic Consulting since July 2014, specializing in business coaching and consulting for early-stage entrepreneurs and managers in the hi-tech industry. Additionally, Yair serves as a Management, Productivity, and Work-Life Balance Coach at GrowthSpace since September 2020. Previous experience includes serving as AR Manager at Gilat Satellite Networks, where significant improvements in debt collection and revenue forecasting were achieved, as well as Chief Economist at Press-Sense, where Yair enhanced CRM systems and managed financial due diligence during the company's sale. Yair began a career in telecommunications as the Head of the Economic and Carrier Relations Department at 012 Smile, overseeing a substantial budget and managing inter-carrier settlements. Yair holds an MBA in Financing and a BA in Economics and Management, both from Tel Aviv University.
