Donna Lucas

Donna Lucas is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of retail, banking, and accounting experience during her tenure at Walmart/Sam’s Club. Her greatest strengths are financial acumen and a passion for creating and implementing proactive solutions to meet customer expectations.

Donna started her career in banking, providing accounting support for First Federal Bank in Harrison, AR. She built a strong foundation for auditing and accounting, while building on her abilities to implement and develop financial forecasting, budgeting, inventory reconciliation and sales reporting systems. Donna then applied her experience and training to benefit Sam’s Club in various positions within Operations and Loss Prevention, retiring in 2006 as Vice President of Asset Protection.

Donna is a crucial asset to the Growthwise Group team because of her skills and competencies in retail finance, accounting, asset protection and P&L management. She is highly valued for her ability to build and support collaborative client relationships while managing financials and identifying cost-saving solutions.
