Lisa began her career in Walmart store number 1 in Rogers, AR. After spending more than eight years within Division 1 stores and the Home Office, she joined Sam’s Club. She has 27 years of experience working with Sam’s Club in merchandise, replenishment, operations and she led a team that provided technical training and support to Sam’s Club’s internal and external users. She is known for her dedication to customer service and leadership.

Lisa earned her Six Sigma Black Belt while at Sam’s Club and utilizes her experience and training to attack the most complex projects in an efficient and effective manner. Her meticulous attention to detail compliments her ability to solve unique challenges in the retail landscape.
