Swati Mohan

Swati Mohan is the Founder of The Brink, where they partner with founders and CEOs to develop customized strategies focused on real-world problem solving and impactful solutions. Currently serving as an Independent Director at UFO Moviez India Limited and a Program Director at GrowthX®, they teach brand-led growth to emerging leaders. Previously, Swati held key roles at Netflix as Head of Marketing and at National Geographic Channel - India as Country General Manager. Swati's early career included leadership positions at GroupM and various production roles in the media industry. They are also pursuing advanced studies at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and the New York Film Academy, building on a strong foundation with a Master's in Film & Television from Goldsmiths, University of London.
