Monica Volz

Monica Volz has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Tier III Software Technical Support Specialist at GrowthZone AMS since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked in the same company as a Software Technical Support Specialist from June 2021 to January 2023. Monica also has experience working as a Solutions Specialist at Verizon from February 2016 to June 2021. In 2015, Monica worked briefly as an ESL Teacher at CIBT Education Group, Inc. and prior to that, they worked as a Computer Sales Associate at Best Buy from October 2014 to June 2015.

Monica Volz has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Monica began their education in 2013 at Bemidji State University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. During this time, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the same institution.

In 2017, Monica enrolled at Western Governors University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services, which they completed in 2018. Furthermore, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2020.

In addition to their degree programs, Monica Volz has also earned various certifications. In December 2014, they achieved the Microsoft Office Specialist- Excel 2013 certification. Then, in May 2020, they completed the Public Speaking Foundations certification through LinkedIn. In July 2020, they obtained the certification for "The Secret: What Great Leaders Know and Do (getAbstract Summary)," also from LinkedIn. Finally, in October 2020, they earned two certifications: Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management & Strategy Institute and the Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) certification, also from the Management & Strategy Institute.
