Ridhima Kad

Ridhima Kad is a Growth Marketer at Growtomation since September 2023, previously serving as a Business Analyst at Springwood from February to July 2023. Ridhima's experience includes consulting as a Human Resources Consultant for five entities within AIESEC in India and contributing to HR functions as part of the National Support Team, where a member journey path was created to significantly enhance tracking efficiency. Additionally, Ridhima held various roles at AIESEC, including Chief Human Resources Officer, where leadership of over 150 members took place, and led multiple teams on cross-cultural exchange initiatives aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to these positions, Ridhima completed business research internships at Heka Healthy You and CRY - Child Rights and You. Ridhima holds a BSc in Economics from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, obtained in 2023.
