Chris Mason

Chris Mason has extensive work experience in the field of production and operations management. Chris currently serves as Operations Manager at GrowUp Farms. Prior to this, they worked as a Production Manager at Speciality Breads Ltd and held the same position at Integrated Service Solutions for five years. Chris also has experience as a Team Manager at Bakkavor, where they managed the Salad bowl and Collation departments. Their work responsibilities included budgetary controls, staff management, product yields, KPIs, and quality and health & safety. Before joining Bakkavor, they served as a Production Shift Manager at Thanet Earth for six years.
