Deepak Wagh

Deepak Wagh is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as the Head of Risk at Groww, India since August 2022. Prior to this role, Deepak held various positions at Bajaj Finserv from June 2011 to August 2022, culminating in the role of National Head of Risk for Personal Loans, with earlier positions including National Risk Manager and Senior Risk Manager for both Personal and Professional Loans. Deepak's career began at Barclays Bank as a Manager in Credit Cards Underwriting and included a role as a Subprime Mortgage Underwriter at Option One Mortgage. Deepak holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a Master of Foreign Trade from the International Institute of Foreign Trade and Research, along with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Bhopal School of Social Sciences.
