Kalpana Swaminathan

Kalpana Swaminathan is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Groww since July 2022, Kalpana previously held multiple senior HR positions at HomeLane from March 2015 to June 2022, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources. Prior experience includes a role in Human Resource Development at DHL Express India Pvt Ltd, where Kalpana contributed to Learning & Development and Change Management initiatives for the SAARC region. Additional HR management roles at Reliance Retail and the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group complement a solid educational foundation consisting of an MBA in Human Resource from Anna University Chennai and a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from the same institution.
