Harsh Gandhi

Harsh has completed the Owner President Management (OPM) program from Harvard Business School USA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Purdue University USA. He has varied experience of 15 years in various senior managerial positions in the key areas of Market Promotion, Material Procurement, Business Development, Corporate Communications, Strategic Planning, and Corporate Services.

Harsh began his career with Kotak Securities in Equity Sales & Trading, followed by a 2 year stint at The Boston Consulting Group advising clients on growth, market entry strategies in Industrial Products, FMCG, Telecom businesses. He joined GRP in 2001 and subsequently worked on special projects before managing and subsequently leading the Marketing, Procurement & Operations functions. He took lead roles in setting up greenfield projects for capacity expansion for reclaim rubber and later drove the entry into the Nylon recycling business.
