Nikhil Gondane has extensive work experience in information systems and technology management. Nikhil Gondane is currently serving as the Head of Information Systems at GRP Ltd since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at INOX Air Products for over 14 years as a Senior Information Technology Manager, from April 2008 to November 2022.

Nikhil Gondane completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing & HR at Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2021.
