Carlos Barón Salvadores is a Project Engineer at Gransolar S.L. since April 2015, currently serving as the EPC Warranty Lead with previous roles as electrical superintendent for multiple photovoltaic (PV) plants in Mexico and Brazil, and as construction manager in various international projects. Prior experience includes service engineering at IBA focusing on electrical system management for PT Centers, junior consulting at NALYS, and an internship at Schneider Electric France specializing in the conception of arc fault detectors for photovoltaic systems. Carlos started in the technical department at ELECNOR, where involvement included sizing photovoltaic systems and energy efficiency monitoring. Carlos holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and studied electrical energy at Grenoble INP - UGA through an Erasmus program.
