Christopher M. Pentz

Christopher M. Pentz, CAM, is an experienced regional property manager currently overseeing multifamily communities at Grubb Properties, managing properties from Oakland, California, to Raleigh and Charlotte, North Carolina, since January 2024. Prior to this, Christopher held the position of Regional Portfolio Manager at Legacy Partners, where responsibility included overseeing six communities in the San Francisco Bay Area. Previous roles include General Manager at Greystar, where oversight of lease-up and retail properties took place, as well as Multi-Site Lease-Up Portfolio Manager at First Pointe Management Group. Christopher's career began with various positions in property management, gaining extensive experience across the U.S., including a national operations role at Oakwood and earlier positions at Grubb Properties, Greystar, PRG Real Estate, Front Street Village, and Peak Campus. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from East Carolina University.
