Hillary Schmidt is a seasoned professional in real estate investment and acquisition, currently serving as Vice President at Grubb Properties after a tenure as Director of Acquisitions. Previously, Hillary held the position of Associate Director at Rubenstein Partners and began the career as an Investments Intern at Grubb Properties. Additionally, Hillary is the Founder of HSquared and served as Managing Director at CLS Strategies. Hillary’s academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Princeton University.
