Melissa Needham

Melissa Needham is currently the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Grubb Properties since April 2019. With previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist, Melissa has a strong background in recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and maintaining positive candidate experiences. Prior to joining Grubb Properties, Melissa worked as a Property Manager at MAA where Melissa oversaw budget management, staff supervision, and recruitment. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from the University of Minnesota, Melissa has a diverse professional background ranging from event coordination to retail sales.
