Shannon Meyer

Shannon Meyer has extensive experience in property management and real estate, currently serving as Property Manager at Grubb Properties since August 2016. In this role, Shannon transitioned to full-time management of the 500 W 5th Street property in June 2017 after its acquisition by Don Flow. Prior to this position, Shannon worked in various roles, including NC Real Estate Broker at Wilkinson Triad Realty and Contract Lease Administrator/Auditor for Novant Health. Shannon's career began at Bank of America as an Administrative Assistant, and includes positions such as Leasing/Marketing Representative at Koury Corporation and Regional Manager at Sanur Brokerage Company. Shannon's diverse experience encompasses property management, leasing, marketing, and real estate brokerage across multiple companies and locations.
