Juan Lopez

Juan Lopez has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Beginning in 2002, they worked as an Application Developer for various industries. Juan then joined MindVisions, Inc. as a Lead Developer for Online Vacation Rental Solutions and Applications. In 2006, they became a Project Manager at Venteck Limited, where they managed web applications for different industries and provided high-level customer support. In 2016, they co-founded IPS, a technological startup, and served as the Chief Technology Officer and Project Manager. There, they managed a remote team and oversaw the design and development of a mobile app with a web back-office. From 2004 to 2018, Juan worked for NearSource, Inc. as a Project Manager, implemented agile methodologies, and led successful projects for clients such as Dior. Juan then joined Entrepidus as a Team and Project Leader, handling mobile app conversions and team mergers. In 2019, they worked as a self-employed Project Manager, Business Analyst, ASP.NET Developer, and Consultant. Finally, in 2020, they joined GRUBBRR® as a Technical Business Analyst and steadily progressed to the roles of Senior Technical Business Analyst, Product Owner II & Solutions Architect, and currently Product Manager. In their current role, they manage the Product Owner team, coordinates and aligns priorities between stakeholders and the product team, and provides technical oversight on integration projects.

Juan Lopez has a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana, obtained between 1996 and 2002. In 2003, they received training and certification in MCSA (MCSE Certification Training) from TechTrain. Juan also completed Ektron CMS 400.NET Training and became a Certified Ektron Developer in 2006 through Ektron Training.

In 2020, Juan obtained two certifications from Knowledge 21 in Information Technology. Juan became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in February 2020 and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) in January 2020.
