Joshua Bocian

Joshua Bocian holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with dual minors in Political Science and History from the University at Albany. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Government Affairs - East at Grubhub since February 2022, Bocian focuses on legislative and regulatory interests across state and local levels in the Eastern US. Previously, Bocian was Regional Government Relations Manager for McDonald's, and spent nearly a decade as Government Relations Advisor at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where support was provided for various clients on legislative and regulatory matters. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Community Affairs & Constituent Services at the Manhattan Borough President's Office, where community board reforms were implemented, and as Deputy Chief of Staff at the New York City Council, overseeing operations for a district serving approximately 175,000 constituents.
