Rahim Poonja

Rahim Poonja is a Strategy and Operations Leader currently serving as the General Manager for Grubhub's Key Cities Program, where they lead a cross-functional team focused on market analysis, pilot initiatives, and investment strategies. Previously, Rahim held key roles as Head of Regional Operations at Compass and Head of Strategy for North America at Tate & Lyle, among others, contributing to strategy and innovation in various sectors. Rahim earned an MBA in Strategic Management from the Wharton School and a BS in Computer Science from DePaul University, both with recognition for academic success and leadership. In addition to professional responsibilities, Rahim engages with startup entrepreneurs and volunteers for community advancement, serving as the President for the Ismaili Council for Midwestern U.S. and as a board member for the Aga Khan Education Board for the United States.
