Service Management

The Service Management team at Grue Kommune is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various community services, aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents. This team includes unit managers for adapted services, society, home-based services, nursing homes, NAV (Labor and Welfare Administration), and upbringing, ensuring a comprehensive approach to social support, healthcare, and community welfare. By collaborating across units, the team works to address the diverse needs of the approximately 4,600 residents and promote a cohesive, thriving community.
