Mike Jelaca has over 25 years of experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as an Associate, Project Manager, and Engineer at Grumman/Butkus Associates since June 1999. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Johnson Controls, Inc. from September 1997 to June 1999 as an Energy Analyst and Performance Assurance Engineer. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, earned between 1988 and 1991, and attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1986 to 1988.
