Anja Lemming Lohmann Buus

Anja Lemming Lohmann Buus currently serves as the Chief HR Business Partner for DBS, Western Europe at GRUNDFOS since March 2021. Prior to this role, Anja was the Owner of People of Talent from September 2020 to March 2021. Anja accumulated significant experience at Skamol, where Anja held various positions, including Vice President Group Human Resources, Head of Human Resource & Business Development, and Executive Management Assistant from August 2011 to September 2020. Anja has also contributed as a board member at WeXo and Yellow Energy from August 2011 to October 2012 and worked as a consultant and project manager at Junior Consult from August 2008 to October 2010. Anja's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Strategy, Organisation, and Leadership from Aarhus University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aalborg University.
