Brian Dalby

Brian Dalby has a diverse work history spanning several companies and roles. Brian currently holds a position as Lead Technical Project Manager, Apps, Digital Development at GRUNDFOS. Prior to this, they served as a Team Lead, Software at Nel Hydrogen, where they led a team in developing software for Hydrogen Refueling Stations. Before that, they worked at GRUNDFOS as a Lead Agile Coach in the Transformation Office and as an Agile Coach/Lead Project Manager in the Global PMO & Excellence team. Brian also worked as a Senior Project Manager, implementing agile principles and coaching scrum masters. Brian has previous experience at Bang & Olufsen as a Technical Project Manager and Engineer, where they managed connectivity and software projects, and at Ericsson as a System Engineer and Engineering Trainee, focusing on software development and automation. Brian also worked at Herning Kommune as a Madchauffør (food chauffeur) and at V.J. Kabel Aps as a Worker.
