Ernesto Mori has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ernesto started their career as an Engineering Intern at Ferreyros-Caterpillar Peru in 2005 and 2006, where they gained hands-on experience in safety regulations and failure analysis of heavy machinery parts.

In 2008, Ernesto joined UTEX Industries Inc. as a Product Engineer, where they provided cost estimates for new products, supported manufacturing processes, and troubleshooted production issues. Ernesto later became the Engineering Manager at the Specialty Valves Division, leading a team of 5 and overseeing the quality management system and supplier qualification.

In 2017, Ernesto Mori took on the role of Sr. Global Manufacturing Engineer at Gates Corporation. Ernesto managed the Global Operations Engineering Change Review Board, contributed to line factory acceptance testing and equipment standardization, and drove continuous improvement efforts across multiple global sites.

Most recently, Ernesto joined GRUNDFOS in 2019 as a Senior Project Manager, representing Group Purchasing in product development, footprint, and outsourcing projects. Ernesto is now the Lead Project Manager, responsible for overseeing project management activities.
