Jacob Borgholm

Jacob Borgholm has held several senior leadership roles within HR and Rewards throughout their career. Jacob started at Pfizer Denmark in 2000, where they worked as a Sales Rep before transitioning into HR roles, including HR Business Partner and Compensation & Benefits Manager. In 2008, Borgholm joined Vestas as a Compensation & Reward Manager. Jacob then moved to the LEGO Group, where they held multiple positions, including Global Reward Director and Vice President of People Operations & Development. Borgholm also worked at Arla Foods as the Senior Director and Head of Global Rewards before joining GRUNDFOS as the Vice President and Head of Global Rewards in 2019. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of rewards and global mobility, including base salary, incentive pay, executive remuneration, and benchmarking. Jacob has also been involved in HR procurement strategy and electrifying car fleets. Borgholm has led teams of specialists and been part of global HR leadership teams. Overall, they have extensive experience in designing and implementing rewarding strategies and managing compensation and benefits programs globally.

Jacob Borgholm completed a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy from Danmarks Farmaceutiske Universitet from 1993 to 2000. Jacob also pursued an HRK uddannelse in HR Management/Personale Administration, Generelt from Probana in 2006. Prior to this, they obtained a Gymnasieeksamen from Randers Statsskole between 1990 and 1993. Jacob's earliest education was at Blicherskolen from 1980 to 1990, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
