Jens Bjerritsgaard has a diverse work experience spanning over thirty years. Jens began their career in 1987 as an Area Manager at Clauhan Project, where they were responsible for international project sales and establishing local representation offices. Jens then worked as an Area Manager at Krüger A/S, a Danish company specializing in water treatment technologies. Following this, they became the owner of Rasmussen & Bjerritsgaard, a contracting project company, where they managed a large tender project for the Thailand Ministry of Education. Jens then held various sales roles at Gerstenberg Schröder, a food processing equipment manufacturer, and Haldor Topsøe, a leader in catalysis technologies. Jens then became a Business Manager at FLSmidth A/S, a global supplier to the minerals and cement industries, where they focused on sales and implementation of Operation & Management contracts. Most recently, they served as the Head of the Project Department at GRUNDFOS, a Danish pump manufacturer.
Jens Bjerritsgaard completed their Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School in the years 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive Certificate in Management from Henley Business School from 2001 to 2002. In the earlier years, Jens obtained a degree in Export Economist from The Danish Export School between 1985 and 1987, and also attended Lyngby Business School in 1985-1986 for Højere Handelseksamen.
