Jesper Uldall Nielsen

Jesper Uldall Nielsen serves as the Head of Strategy Deployment & Excellence at GRUNDFOS, overseeing the deployment of technology strategies and supporting innovation insights since March 2017. With a strong background in product portfolio optimization and operational excellence, Jesper has held various leadership positions within GRUNDFOS, including Director roles focused on Portfolio Management, Product Development, and Value Engineering. Prior to joining GRUNDFOS, Jesper held senior positions at Arla Foods where responsibilities included leading global supply chain excellence and implementing lean methodologies across multiple sites. Jesper holds a Master of Science in Logistics & Finance from Aarhus University and has completed several executive education programs at prestigious institutions, enhancing expertise in leadership and strategy development.
