Katrina Zlobich

Katrina Zlobich currently serves as the Sales Business Development aftermarket US at GRUNDFOS since November 2016, supporting aftermarket development in the United States. Prior roles at GRUNDFOS include Head of global aftermarket and digital sales development, Marketing Director for Sub Saharan Africa, and Acting Marketing Director, focusing on the growth of the water treatment portfolio across various segments. Earlier experience includes leadership as Head of Projects at Consolidated Water Conditioning and Project Manager, overseeing water treatment design and project management processes. Katrina began a career as Project Engineer and Team Leader at Eneca, specializing in feasibility studies for the power industry. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Henley Business School, a PGDip in Management Practice, a Bachelor in Power Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University, and PMP certification. Additional training includes a course in Strategy in the age of digital disruption from INSEAD.
