Lars Pauli Christiansen

Lars Pauli Christiansen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently, Lars serves as the Manager of Additive Manufacturing and Engineering & Innovation at GRUNDFOS since May 2018, after holding the position of Electronics Engineering Manager. As Chairman of the Board at Chrispa since April 2012, Lars oversees investments in securities, property, and businesses with growth potential. Previous roles include Owner at Kaba Nordic, Member of the Board at OJ Electronics A/S, and various managerial positions at Grundfos Management A/S, including NPI Manager and Equipment & Technology Manager. Lars began the career as a Development Consultant at Post Danmark and has a background in process technology from Carlo Gavazzi and logistics training at Danfoss. Lars holds a BS in Production from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark, and completed an Executive Board Programme at INSEAD in 2013.
