Lau Pinholt Jensen

Lau Pinholt Jensen has a strong background in strategy execution, transformation, and market management. Lau currently holds the position of Global Head of M&A Integration at GRUNDFOS, where they are responsible for overseeing the full PMI process and integrating new members into the company. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Chief Strategy and Transformation Specialist at GRUNDFOS and as the Global Strategy Execution Manager. Before joining GRUNDFOS, Jensen worked as the Business Development and M&A Director Nordics at Leica Geosystems, and held various roles at Ramboll, including Market Manager, Head of department and Global service band manager, and Survey Manager. Lau began their career as the Gulf Region Survey Manager at COWI Qatar.

Lau Pinholt Jensen obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Henley Business School in 2017. Lau also completed the Henley Executive CBL program at the same school in 2015, with a focus on management. Prior to that, they pursued a M.Sc. and Chartered Surveyor qualification in Measurement Science from Aalborg University between 2002 and 2007. Lau Pinholt Jensen's earlier education includes attending Klarup Skole from 1984 to 1993.
