Louise Koch

Louise Koch is a seasoned professional in sustainability and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as the Senior Director and Group Head of Sustainability at GRUNDFOS since April 2023. Louise has also been a Visiting Faculty member at the University of Cambridge since November 2018, contributing to programs focused on sustainability leadership. Prior to this, significant roles at Dell Technologies from June 2016 to April 2023 included Director of Global Sustainability Strategy & Innovation, where responsibilities encompassed strategy development and stakeholder engagement across multiple sectors. Louise's extensive experience encompasses leadership positions in CSR organizations such as Dansk Erhverv and DIEH, along with a history of impactful roles at GRUNDFOS and BOP Innovation. Louise holds a Master's degree in Anthropology from the University of Copenhagen, specializing in social sciences and international development.
