Matt Rait

Matt Rait has extensive experience in service management and sales within the engineering sector, spanning over three decades. At GRUNDFOS since December 2015, Rait has held multiple roles, including Regional Aftermarket Transformation CoE for APAC Industry and Regional Sales Director for APAC & China, contributing to the company's status as a leading pump manufacturer. Prior to this, Rait served as Director of Technical Service at Thermo Fisher Scientific and held various positions at Siemens Ltd, Australia, focusing on sales, business development, and market analysis. Rait's career began at Otis Elevator as a Sales Account Manager, followed by a Service Manager role at Kone Elevators, where significant improvements in EBIT and customer satisfaction were achieved. Rait holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Business Law from Swinburne University of Technology.
