Rachana Wood

Rachana Wood is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Global Divisional Head of HR for Water Utility at GRUNDFOS, Rachana collaborates with the leadership team to drive transformational strategies and enhance workplace culture. Previously, Rachana held roles including Global Head of HR and SR. HR Director for North America, developing strong HR partnerships to meet business objectives. Prior positions include HR Director at BJ Services and a series of HR managerial roles at Shell, where Rachana led diversity initiatives, employee relations, and global learning efforts. Rachana's career began at United Technologies, overseeing labor relations and compensation processes. Rachana holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Spanish from Hanover College.
