Søren Holm Pedersen

Søren Holm Pedersen has over two decades of experience in supply chain management and logistics, currently serving as the Department Head of Supply Chain Processes at GRUNDFOS since January 2004. In this role, Søren leads the Supply Chain Processes department within Corporate Supply Chain and acts as Group Process Manager for Supply Chain Planning and Master Planning processes. Prior positions at GRUNDFOS include Logistics Manager, overseeing planning, shipping, and warehousing at the Taiwan production plant; Process Manager, focusing on best practices in master and production planning; and SAP Project Engineer, providing expertise in the implementation of the SAP PP module in Danish production plants. Prior to GRUNDFOS, Søren worked as a Project Manager and systems consultant at IFS, specializing in ERP system planning, production, and purchasing. Søren holds a Master of Science in Industrial Management from Aalborg University, earned between 1992 and 1997.
