Andrew Duncan

Andrew Duncan currently serves as the Head of Treasury and Risk Management at Grünenthal Group, a position held since October 2023, after his tenure as Deputy Head of Treasury and Head of Investor Relations. Previously, Duncan was the Director of Treasury at Klöckner Pentaplast from January 2022 to September 2023, focusing on capital raising projects and bank relationship management. At BREITLING, from April 2019 to October 2021, Duncan established the corporate treasury function and managed the external debt portfolio. Duncan's earlier experience includes leadership roles at ista International GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed managing Treasury and Investor Relations departments, and positions in finance and M&A advisory roles at multiple companies, including P&M Corporate Finance and Deutsche Bank. Duncan holds a Master’s degree in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California Polytechnic State University.
