Carolina Oliveira has built a solid career in supply chain management, starting as a Procurement Trainee at Portugal Telecom in 2015. Carolina then moved to L'Oréal, where they gained experience as a Demand Planner and Supply Chain Project Manager. Carolina continued to advance their career at Pharma Bavaria International GmbH as a Supply Chain Specialist before joining Nestlé Nespresso SA as a Global Supply Planner and later as part of the Supply Chain Excellence team. Currently, they hold key leadership positions at Grünenthal Group, having served as Team Lead Supply Planning and Centralized Planning Head for Europe before assuming the role of Head of Global Supply Network Planning. Their responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end supply chain processes, developing supply planning strategies, managing inventory levels, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers across different regions.

Carolina Oliveira obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engenharia Química from Instituto Superior Técnico in 2013, followed by a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same institution in 2015. Carolina pursued further education in 2018 with a degree in Digital Transformation from the same school. Prior to their university education, they completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma at St. Dominic's International School in 2009 and the Middle Years Programme at the International School of Milan in 2006. Additionally, they attended the International School of Brussels from 1996 to 1998. Carolina holds various certifications related to planning, inventory management, coaching, customs, and Lean Six Sigma.
